Nike SB Dunk Low Familia First Avenue

1,500,000 inc. VAT

The Familia x Nike SB Dunk Low “First Avenue” is a collaboration by the Minneapolis based skate shop in a colorway inspired by a popular music venue in the Minnesota city. The shoe is designed in mostly monochromatic black, and features black suede on the perforated toe and on the mid-panel. Tonal leather appears on the forefoot and eyelet panels. The black leather in a brick-style pattern found on the heel is a nod to First Avenue’s black painted exterior. A white embroidered star on the lateral side is Familia’s homage to the building’s 500 stars commemorating past performers.

The tonal Swoosh features a reflective finish. The upper is equipped with a wear-away design that fades from black to purple to match the laces, a move that pays tribute to the most popular performer in First Avenue’s history: Prince, who was born in Minneapolis. Co-branded insoles feature graphics inspired by the venue’s checkerboard floor and first live show, which occurred on April 3, 1970. Release date: December 11, 2021
