15. Kokolet Luxury Circle (Loyalty Program)

Points Expiry

Loyalty points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
Any unused points will automatically expire after 12 months and will be removed from the customer’s account without compensation.
Expired points cannot be reinstated, refunded, or transferred.
Points cannot be transferred between accounts, merged, or sold to another customer.

Tier Reset Policy

Customer tiers (Member, Silver, Gold, Platinum) are reviewed every 6 months.
If a customer does not meet the minimum spending requirement within a 6-month period, their tier will be downgraded accordingly.
Example: If a Platinum member does not make a qualifying purchase within 6 months, their tier may revert to Member or another applicable level based on recent spending.
Tier status is based solely on qualifying purchases made through Kokolet Luxury and does not include shipping fees, taxes, gift cards, or refunds.

General Rules

Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Kokolet Luxury reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time.
Kokolet Luxury is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired points.

Eligible Purchases

Points are earned only on completed and non-refunded orders.
Purchases made with redeemed points, gift cards, or store credit may not earn additional points.
Kokolet Luxury reserves the right to exclude certain products, promotions, or special sales from earning points.

Referral Program

Points are awarded only when the referred customer completes their first eligible purchase.
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent referrals may result in cancellation of points and possible account suspension.
